Accountant

(1) Analyze financial information to set budget for acquiring land based on price, closing costs and development costs and to ensure acquisition process stays within budget; (2) Prepare monthly and year-end closing and documents for loan compliance, partnership distribution spreadsheets and review partnership tax returns; (3) Perform bi-monthly payroll statements, payroll quarterly tax returns and annual tax returns; (4) Prepare monthly invoices for the collection of rent; and (5) complete periodical reporting, accounts payable and receivable using Sage 100 Contractors software.  Must have Bachelors Degree in Accounting (or Foreign Equivalent) and One Year Experience in job.
